Private beta, Malaysia and Singapore
Leave your family a plan, not a puzzle.
Waaris keeps your will, your nominations and a map of everything you own in one place, and hands it to the person you trust when it is needed.
Beta opens January 2027. Places are limited.
Your register
Updated today
Your executor can see that a will exists. They cannot read it until it is needed.
What families usually find out too late
Much of the money never goes through the will
Retirement funds, unit trusts and insurance usually pass to whoever is named on a nomination form. If that form is old or blank, the will does not fix it.
The will is out of date
Written years ago, before the second child, the new house or the divorce. It can leave things to the wrong people, name an executor who has since passed away, or miss assets entirely.
Getting married can cancel a will
Under civil law in both Malaysia and Singapore, marriage revokes an existing will unless it was written with that marriage in mind. Many people never find out.
Nobody knows where everything is
Accounts freeze, and the family starts searching drawers for statements. Assets that nobody knew about can stay unclaimed for years.
How it works
Four steps, done once, kept current.
Write your will
A guided flow in plain language, with clear instructions for signing and witnessing so it holds up.
Map what you own
List your accounts, policies, property and nominees in one register. Where things are, not your passwords.
Confirm your executor
The person you choose accepts the role on their own phone, so you know they know.
Handed over when it matters
Your executor receives the will and the register, with a clear starting point instead of a blank page.
Privacy
Built to know where things are, not to hold the keys.
No passwords, PINs or seed phrases
We never ask for them and the register will not accept them.
Your will stays sealed
Your executor is confirmed now but cannot open the contents until it is needed.
Where your data lives
[DATA HOSTING REGION AND ENCRYPTION DETAILS]. If the beta ends, you can export everything.
Private beta
Help us build this properly.
We are inviting a small group to use Waaris from January 2027 and tell us honestly what works and what does not. Beta members use it free and get a direct line to the team.
The first release covers wills under civil law in Malaysia and Singapore. Planning for Muslim estates, including wasiat and faraid, is in development with Shariah review and will follow.
Thank you.
We have your request. We will be in touch before the beta opens in January 2027.
